Mari Chatman has been consulting as an organizational development independent contractor since 2012. Her motivation to start a management consulting business is embedded in the belief that integrating strategic organizational development planning aligns leadership, stakeholders, and employees with achieving organizational goals that will cultivate a business transformation that fosters meaningful organizational growth, culture transformation, supports employee talent development, and bolsters efficient employee productivity that produces a return on human capital investment (ROI).

The definition of accepting change is based in the human psychology of persons assent to the reality of a situation, process, or a condition.  In some cases, a person reacts negatively of feel uncomfortable about change in the workplace.  So, in essence the mind is rejecting change based on non-routine or nonfamiliarity. Having a different attitude or perception about an impending change is a step in the right direction to accepting change in any form., which allows a person to move forward in the direction of accepting change.

The benefit of using BSC leadership coaching services varies depending on the need of Executive Client .  BSC behavorial assesments tools as an action learning experience between a coach and a client that builds on the client's desire to do something differently in the future; it explores the possibilities for change and the resistance related to change.  The BSC leadership development consultants understand the clients need for change by identifying  the behavioral adaption of a client.  Thus, the first stage is to identify what the clients specific needs are; the second stage, is to understand what changes the client wants to take place with self and in the organizational culture; the third stage is what course of action makes sense to the client; the fourth stage will define what supportive measures that will manifest what the client needs; and, the fifth stage explores how the client understands how to change behavior .
